The paired row design places seed and fertilizer in distinct rows. Separation is both vertical and horizontal. Fertilizer is placed between and below the paired seed rows.
This bolt-on NH3 double shoot knife is designed to fit conventional 47 and 50 degree C-shanks. The tubes on this holder accept 1 1/4 inch (31mm) O.D. and 1 1/8 inch (28mm) O.D. airhose.
Narrow 1/2" wide fertilizer kife results in lower distrubance and more precise fertilizer placement than other paired-row designs., resulting in complete fertilizer/seed seperation in most conditions.
The moduluar design allows only the worn part to be replaced. Carbid is use on all main wear surfaces to prolong the life of your investment.
